OPPORTUNITY: LensChoice, a division of HOYA Vision Care Canada is recruiting for a talented full-time Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for serving LensChoice customers through order entry, handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, invoicing, processing credits and Frames systems processing within our facility in Mississauga, Ontario The Lenschoice Customer Service Representative will work closely with the HOYA customer service Manager, other customer service representatives, warehouse personnel, laboratory technicians as required, sales representatives and management and LensChoice/HOYA staff to ensure a high standard of customer service is being provided to every customer. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements/Experience • Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve • Secondary School Diploma • 1 year of customer service experience • Keyboarding skills with a min. of 45 wpm • Understanding of Microsoft Office software (ie. Word, Excel) • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment • Able to work with minimum supervision • Able to multi-task, prioritize and work in a high volume-high stress environment Additional Skills Required for Full Effectiveness • High energy Level • Learns quickly and enjoys continuous learning • Exhibits excellent initiative, is proactive, can think quickly and is flexible when necessary • Shows empathy and is willing to go the extra mile for others • Has a positive outlook, is upbeat and cheerful • Previous experience in an optical laboratory is considered a definite asset.
