Bilingual Technical Support Representative

SCOPE:
To provide helpdesk technical support to our customers in a call centre environment, maintain a high level of technical resolution. The Technical Service Representative will provide support to customers with queries relating to customer products, networking and HW&SW problems. The technical support agent will provide a consistent, high level of customer service with a professional and pleasant phone manner and record all reported problems into our call management tool.
REQUIREMENTS:
o A+ certification and/or MCP certificate are preferred
o Knowledge in PC Computer hardware - Desktops, Laptops (Dell, HP, Fujitsu, Compaq, Toshiba), Servers, Printers, Blackberry and PDA’s
o Knowledge in the following:
Ø Windows 2000/XP / Exchange Server / Active Directory / Networking
Ø Internet Applications, MS Office applications (Access/Smart Suite)
Ø Novell
Ø Mobile 6&8
Ø Anti-virus
Ø Ghost image, backup and restore
o Excellent written and oral command of English and French
o Post-secondary education in computer science or equivalent college related diploma
o 2-3 years Call Centre or Customer Services experience or business experience
o Fast and accurate keyboard skills
o Excellent telephone manner and communications skills
o Interpersonal skills and professionalism
