Opportunity Description:
 
Reporting to the North American Sales Manager, this position is responsible for supporting Sales Teams in obtaining objectives in the North American Sales region.
 
Responsibilities Include: 
 
  • Provide full cycled inside sales support to North American sales team including issuing, standard proposals, quotes and contracts
  • Maintain and update standard sales templates and sales standardized documentation
  • Coordinate Regional Trade Show organization and support (including collection and submission of abstracts, technical papers, presentations)
  • Coordinate air and vehicular travel requirements for all sales personnel
  • Assist in coordination of meetings for sales personnel
  • Coordinate and manage all resources needed to facilitate formal tender responses for sales, including
    • Client testimonials
    • Project histories
    • Staff resumes and qualifications
    • insurance, bonds, financial qualifications
    • coordination of drawing reviews, pricing and margin analysis, project scope/specifications
    • third party/ subcontractor agreements and pricing (assist PM or CM in setting expectations and establishing deliverables)
    • templates/ boiler plates updates
    • database management of all quotations/ Proposals
    • win/loss tracking
  • Manage and filter electronic leads (Google alerts, Onvia, Dodge reports, municipal site reviews, etc.) for the NA sales organization
  • Enter sales leads and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Co-ordinate sales seminars and field demonstrations with marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees with a primary relationship with:
      • North America Sales Manager
      • National Business Development Manager
      • Client Managers
      • Solutions Managers
      • Project Managers (PMO)
      • Executive Assistant
      • US Administrative Assistant
      • Marketing Staff
